UPdate...

I feel like I haven't blogged in a while...so a little update on me. Life is great...just busy. I love being back in school and feel really productive with my time. I love always having something to do and something to look forward to. I have been going to the library after work on Monday-Thursdays so I don't have to worry about homework during the weekend. It has been so nice! Hopefully I can keep that up! This past weekend I watched my brothers kids! I'll have to post some pictures when I get them loaded! They are adorable and say the cutest things! We watched Finding Nemo, I forgot how funny that movie is.I hung out with Ash for a bit afterward, we went and got shakes from our favorite place, Stans. Saturday night Courty and I watched the Miss American pageant..it was good, and all the talents were definatly interesting. Courty and I were both disappointed that Miss Flordia didn't win, because she was our favorite... but ya things are good.. I have been slacking at taking pictures lately, probably because not much has been going on (since i'm always at school or work!)... but here are some pictures I stole from Ash...


The girls and I decided that we are going to have a "GNI" (girls night in) once a month! Every month were going to rotate who's house we go to and then do an activity. This month we decided to order pizza and play rockband! I seriouslly love rockband. I wish I had it. We were really getting into it, and it felt like we were a real band! I love GNI's!



The boys hadn't been to Spoon Me since it opened while they were on there missions..so we went and they liked it!...

For you Nicole..

My cute friend Nicole that I know from Snow has a strong hatred toward backpacks on wheels. Every time I see one I have to laugh. I don't like them myself. Seriously why would you want tho haul that huge thing around? Its pointless. And there ugly. I snuck this pic while at the library the other day because I always think of Nicole everytime I see one...HA HA HA.

BUSY BUSY BUSY. That's me. Well this past week I started school! It feels really good to be in school again. I can already tell that this semester is going to be really hectic but it will be nice to have the classes I need to get done and to be able to start my program in the fall! It is very hard getting into the swing of things after taking a semester off but I do love school. I am still working full time at PMI. I have one morning class and then two night classes.Oh Not to mention I took on a second full time job playing the role of Bev while she is gone helping my sister with her new baby!...I always take for granted all the little things she does for my Dad and I. It is totally a full time job in itself.Thanks Mama for all you do! I love and miss you! UVU is defiantly a whole new experience for me. It is so humerus to me that people are just NOT friendly. I was so used to lots of friendly, outgoing people at Snow...even if you didn't know someone you always at least smiled as you passed them or a hi! or hello....everyone is totally zoned out in there own little world and has a scowl on there face. It's fine by me, but it really just makes me laugh. I do miss Snow a lot though. I miss the happy, outgoing energy as you would walk through campus. I think it will just take some adjusting! I do love all my classes so far, especially my Humanities class. Here is my substitute for my 'first day of school picture'. Thanks to my cellular device.

Well enough school talk lets get to the fun stuff...
The weekend went to fast that is for sure! Friday night after work Katie and I ran to the Thanksgiving Point Theatre and saw BRIDE WARS! I thought it was a really cute show.I love weddings, hence I want to do event planning. This show was right up my ally! Then later on Ash came over and then Dave and Ben came and got us and we went to go visit our friend Brigham that just returned from serving his mission in Spain! It was so fun to reminisce with him about old times. He was asking about like everyone from High School and what they were up to so we pulled out the yearbook and had some good laughs. His mom made Mexican hot chocolate which was amazing! She also had this bread and it has these plastic babies in it, each person cuts a piece of the bread hoping that you wont get a baby, because if you do then that means you have to make Tamales a month from that date for the group of people that are there! I thought it was a fun tradition and it was really funny to see everyones faces as someone got a baby.






I love having guy friends home! The rest of the weekend was just chill. I made Dad dinner Saturday and it was so good if I do say so myself. And Court and I watched a movie that night. Sunday was crazy. I went to three Sacrament meetings to hear Ben,Danaan, and Brig talk! They all did awesome and it was fun to hear about there missions and just cool to see how much they have grown. It was also fun to see my friends families :) Sunday for dinner Ty and Megs were so nice to invited Dad and I over and so we had a fun time talking and eating! Megs made an awesome pasta dish and nummy chocolate cake! Thanks again guys! It was a great weekend...and here's to another busy week!!! xoxo

MY TATO HAS LEFT TO ME GO TO BYU HAWAII!!! ALTHOUGH IT WAS HARD TO SAY SEE YOU IN LIKE NINE MONTHS, I AM EXCITED FOR HER AND FOR HER NEW ADVENTURE!WE TOTALLY CRIED WHEN WE SAID BYE...WE ARE SUCH GIRLS. I AM HOPING TO GO SEE HER THIS SUMMER IF THINGS GO AS PLANNED!!! GOOD LUCK AND MISS YOU TATE!

NYE was a much anticipated day (wink wink ash!) Ash and I spent the day together putting up Ben's welcome home sign, grabbed blimpie, got glittertoes!, then we both went home to get ready for the night...then a few of us got dinner at CPK and I spent most the night at Dave's with he and his fam! We were playing American idol on the wii and his aunts were singing and it was hilarious. Later on we met up with Ben and Ash and went on a late night run to Beto's! We were laughing most the night! Ash and I were beat by the end! Gotta love NYE! Heres to 2009!

Sleepover!

For the past few months my cute little niece has been wanting to have a sleepover. Over my break from work we did just that! We played pretty pretty princess, did pedicures(soaked,hot wax,glitter,flowers and all!), facial masques, ate popcorn and soda and watched Hairspray! It was so fun to see how excited she got as we did everything. She is the prettiest girl ever and she loves just like her aunt ash to do girl stuff! We had a ball! We even pulled a mattress in my room for her to sleep on and fell asleep to one of our favorite Disney's, Cinderella! Love you Sarbear! xoxo

Christmas Day

Christmas Day was really laid back and enjoyable. To start off the morning we had our traditional wheat waffles with strawberry jam! So great! And I always pour loads of powder sugar on top :) Then we opened presents! Beck and Adam were so kind to join us for breakfast and presents! Which I was greatful for so I don't have to be the only one home! Thanks guys! The rest of the day we just hung out and relaxed and watched movies. We made it a tradition a few years ago to go out to mexican food since its just the three of us. It was nummY! Then we headed over to Chris and Alli's to visit and saw what all the kiddies got. Dad even played the Wii with Robbie. I couldnt help but laugh! It was a great day and I loved all my presents! I hada lot of fun messing around with my camera too!!!
