in high school one of my friends mom's told me about her

rose jar

so i started my own.

instead of keeping all the flowers you get over your lifetime.

you get a jar (a pretty one) and you take a petal off the flower arrangement that you receive and put it in a jar. then you have a notebook and you write who gave you the flowers and any notes about them.

i have done this and its a fun little idea :)
