this week my goal is to 
work out 6 days.
monday-saturday.
yahoooie. 
i got this.
i want to

  •  run outside.
  • go to a zumba class.
  • a toning class.
  • and have jillian kick my booty.

I love running at the gym while watching movies (if you have a gym pass). It really helps me to take my mind off of things like: How fast am I running? or How far have I ran? or How much longer?
