this week my goal is to
work out 5 days.
including:
toning class
dance class
zumba
running up the canyon
and maybe even biking!
i cannot believe i'm already on week 21.
this year has flown by! it's not too late to join in with making your weekly goal.
i love focusing on that one thing that week. that way you are not overwhelmed.
and plus putting it on the blog makes you more accountable right?
here's to week 21!!

you should try spin class; so fun! It's like you're dancing on your bike, but not as awkward as it sounds.
i thought this said ''bikini-ing'' instead of biking...thought, that sounds fun!
good luck on your venture! working out more than 3 days a week is a challenge, but you can do it!!
