The bff and I checked out THE CHOCOLATE (sis3 recommended!) . It's on state street in Orem in front of Classic Skating. You can't miss it. We tried a few different cupcakes, sugar cookie, and amazing mint hot chocolate. Go. You won't regret it. It's delish. (my favorite was the carmel cupcake)
