Shrimp & Parsley Pasta





1/4 cup olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves,chopped
1/4 Cup fresh Parsley,chopped (I use Lay Nay Fermes's)
1 large lemon (or I used lemon juice)
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz angel hair pasta
fresh Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in frying pan over medium to high heat. Add garlic cloves & saute until soft. Add shrimp (I use pre-cooked shrimp), stirring until pink and just cooked through for 3 minutes. Stir in crushed red pepper, parsley, salt & pepper, & lemon juice. Then mix in angel hair pasta. Top with desired amount of fresh Parmesan cheese.

Looks like a great recipe! I love the simple flavors...simple food is always best. I'm gonna try this soon. :)
