So this semester i am taking a class called "Weight Control & Eating Behavior". The class is awesome and i have learned a lot of great information. One of our assigments that we have to do on a daily basis is each morning when we wake up, and when we go to bed at night, we have to look in the mirror and say to ourselves "I love you, I really love you." And then write in a journal about how we felt as we did our mirror work. This mirror work excercise was really quite hilarious at first. My roommates all laughed when i told them about this assigment that seems so silly. As the first two weeks of school have gone by, i have been pretty good about doing it. I think that i have really started to mean it when i say it and apprciate my inner self which i think is supposed to be the result of this to learn to love who we are and not what we look like. Even thought this seems EXTREMLY SILLy. Everyone try it and get back to me :) HAHA Love, AshY

I remember Ty used to do something like this every night...anyone else in the fam remember that? He said something to the extent of "you are so good looking."
I use to and still do say I love myself and I am so good looking, even if I am carrying and extra 30! CL
